With your analytical mind, you dive into business challenges and translate them into concrete solutions that both clients and teams understand. You’re comfortable navigating the world of headless architectures and content modeling, and you’re always on the lookout for smarter, scalable solutions that fit the future of digital experience. You’re someone who loves working with teams and stakeholders to bring clarity and alignment, delivering exceptional results together.
Your day-to-day will include:
Understanding client needs and translating them into actionable tasks, functional requirements, and user stories.
Focusing on headless CMS solutions, composable architectures, and smart content modeling strategies.
Running workshops to define digital solutions, content structures, and user journeys.
Collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
Helping define content models that support engaging, seamless digital experiences.
Analyzing existing systems and processes to propose improvements, optimizations, or integrations.
Develop clear documentation, including user stories, functional specs, and process flows.
Supporting quality assurance processes to validate solutions against requirements.
Staying curious and up-to-date on digital trends and technologies to push boundaries.

Your skills and experience:
You are based and allowed to work in the Netherlands
You speak English and preferably Dutch
3+ years as a Business Analyst in digital, tech, or content-driven environments.
A strong understanding of headless CMS platforms, composable systems, and content modeling.
Experience writing clear user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
Familiarity with modern web architectures, APIs, and agile methodologies.
Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-have knowledge:
Experience with headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Storyblok, or similar).
Background in UX design, customer journey mapping or content strategy.
Knowledge of digital performance metrics and analytics tools.
Previous exposure to MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) principles.
Understanding of digital performance metrics and analytics tools.
